The young, the talented and the impressive 17-year-old actress and activist Yara Shahidi got accepted to the prestigious Harvard University. Like many of peers and followers of hers are proud and can't wait to see the next steps in her life. We support her 100 percent. With Yara and former First Daughter, Malia Obama at Harvard that is strong brains, beauty and #blackgirlmagic on that campus. (Fingers crossed that they become BFFs and sit together at lunch.) There's a strong chance they'll cross paths on the Ivy League campus. By the way, First Lady Michelle Obama wrote Yara's recommendation letter. NBD!
