Actress Tessa Thompson Made An All-Woman-Playlist For You
If you are in need for a new playlist to get you through the drowsy hours of losing sunlight at 5pm, actress Tessa Thompson has you covered. The Thor franchise actress who is Elle Magazine's December cover star revealed a playlist that is inspired by her character Valkyrie in Thor: Ragnarok. She told Elle Magazine, "making a mix of songs is always an essential part of developing a character for me. While I listened to tons of male artists while working on Val—people like Skepta, Death Grips, Bowie, Unknown Mortal Orchestra, Mulatu Astatke, and many, many more." She continued "I haven’t included any male artists on this mix. It just feels like a really good time to amplify the voices of women, in every which way."
